We are led by Aderonke Kester; a passionate Human Resource Professional, Career Coach, and Learning Designer with 13 years’ experience spanning the financial sector, consulting sector, multinationals, and Start-Up Companies.

Aderonke has coached and mentored close to 100 graduates, and young professionals; empowering future leaders and helping them maximise their career potential.

Her Coaching clients have worked in organisations such as Canadian Western Bank, Federal Inland Revenue Service and Stanbic Bank. On the corporate sphere, she has worked with institutions like the University of Leeds and Peniel Foundation.

In addition, Aderonke works with organizations to develop a robust learning curriculum. She provides Instructional design and e-learning development services; helping small to medium organisations scale their learning capabilities, by creating online courses for employee growth and development.
